Le refuge a été rénovée en 2019 et est gérée en collaboration avec la Fondazione paesaggio Valle S. Petronilla et Valle Pontirone. Elle dispose de 5 lits, d'eau potable, d'un éclairage par panneaux solaires, d'une cuisinière à bois et à gaz, d'un réfrigérateur, d'une douche et de toilettes à l'intérieur du bâtiment.
